[Opensource] Expresso on WebLogic 7.0 as war

Dave,
I just took a look at it and the war is misleading. ePoll requires the
Expresso Framework. The war does not contain the expresso framework, so
it cannot be installed as a war as-is. If you require a war, you should
get expresso and ePoll, merge them together, and regenerate the war.
