[Opensource] Expresso on WebLogic 7.0 as war

Sorry if this is a repeat post, I have not been able to find the 
solution on the forums.

I am trying to run expresso and epoll as a war file on Weblogic 7.0 and 
am not able to get it to work without pulling the config directory out 
of the war file.  Is there something I could do to the code to allow the 
config directory to stay in the war?

Receiving the error /WEB-INF/config is not a directory
