are called in to companies to fight fires. When things are going right,
they don't need you. So, if a software company shifts to services, they
must be sure that both their software and services groups can solve
problems customers have. I can't imagine running a services group for a
framework *only*, without adding value to the customer. Otherwise, you
should consider training services not a consulting services.
I'm a lurker to this list, so I'm not sure how my thoughts help your
questions, if they do at all. Just my $0.02 ;)
