"I've just about got ready for release a related project to Expresso called
Expresso XML, which basically bundles a copy of the Xerces (XML parser) and
Xanlan (XSLT transformation) tools from Apache..."

I think we are reaching the point where XML tools need to be bundled with
the main distribution, especially if we go ahead with the changes discussed
above.
