[Opensource] Listserv now hosted on new server

Dear Members

Good news this bright sunny morning. This listserv is now moved over to
the new server. This is good news because it will speed up how quickly
posted messages get to you. We now have spamassasin integrated so this
should vastly help the hundreds of spam messages that as moderator I
have had to delete each day.
