[Opensource] DBMaint problem on 5.3 (CVS)

Hello!

I have some DBObject fields that are defined as
"datetime".  When using DBMaint, I am unable to update
records, somehow the HTML form fields are truncating
the data, and disallowing longer inputs.  Example:
9/30/2003 11:08 PM shows "9/30/2003 11", which SQL
disallows.

Also, how do I specify a DBObject datetime field to be
stored in the DB in 24 hour format?  Is there an
independent control for the DBMaint display of the
same field in a different format, YYYY-DD-MM HH:mm:ss
for example?
