Gustavo,

No direct use, but it wouldn't be hard.  The key is to put the 
ControllerResponse object into the Velocity context much in the same way 
that the XMLServlet grabs the ControllerResponse and processes it.

Kris Thompson was going to look into making a full tool to make Velocity a 
first class Expresso citizen... Kris have you had a chance at this?
