[Opensource] problems with LookupObject

Hi all!
I'm trying to follow the instructions in EDG concerning MultiValued 
fileds and LookupObject.
I can't seem to make it work: whatever I try to do, I always get "This 
object: (fully qualified object name) does not have valid values defined."
Does anyone know if the examples ind the EDG concerning this matter are 
correct? Is it me who am doing something wrong?
