[Opensource] regarding your post to [opensource]html:form for uploading

I'm experiencing the very same problem with the <html:form> tag.
(cannot retrieve definition for form bean null)
I'm afraid I do not quite understand your solution (set the form beans name to 'default')
I want a simple forward action to a page when a person clicks a button. Nothing has to be held in Memory.
The example files from Jakarta don't mention a 'default' name ? all help would be appreciated
