[Opensource] doc page logic missing an index?

oops, I pasted the frame URL. In the left hand navigation bar, the "documentation" link is what I'm talking about, with precise URL:

For me, this page can take anywhere between 3 seconds and 30 seconds, apparently depending on server load. and the icon used for HTML, the Internet Explorer icon, gets truncated in my view (I use the large text setting in my browser), so the page looks bad.
