[Opensource] i18n issues with errormessage not being displayed based on locale

Is anyone able to have a multi locale site that displays error messages in the locale of the user? I don't see how that would be possible.

I have been told that the Message class does not have a method like this

public static String getString(String schemaClass, Locale l, String stringCode)

And that the ErrorMessageBundle.java did not pass in a locale at all to the getMessage method.


I have made the changes and am ready to commit but I am surprised that this bug (as I see it) exist, is there a work around that we know of?
