[Opensource] DBMaint and large data

Hi folks,

I have some problem with DBMaint's SearchList..

When I do search on objects that represent table with many records 
(>400) (approximately the 3rd time I use it) expresso just hangs and 
does not respond. No error messages - neither on the screen nor in the 
log files.
It eats my resources, intensively swapping - as if performing some 
"unhuman" computations and I eventually have to kill the server...

The strange thing is that it happen when my DBObject's table has many 
records.

I will be searching 3-4-5 times before expresso hangs. So it is not as 
if my dbobjetcs are messed up. My application is also using them, search 
and retrieve via those dbobject without any problems. It is just DBMaint 
that has problem with them. And it is not only the search activity that 
causes expresso's crash but also the others. It is just that with search 
it appears to happen more often.

Any help is really appreciated.
