[Opensource] ExpressoSchema and its lack of a populateSchemaData() method

Yes.

populateSchemaData() was created MUCH after ExpressoSchema was created, and 
thus it was never used.

Well, ok... it's not a GOOD reason, but you asked if there was any reason. :)

So feel free to use it! :)
