Ken,

The error initially looks like you simply haven't run DBCreate yet on your 
Oracle database.  Can you confirm this?  Once DBCreate is run succesfully, 
those errors should go away.

If you DON'T want DBCreate run on the oracle db, but have the Expresso 
setup tables on another db, then you need to have the Oracle context != 
"default" and must set up <hasSetupTables>false</hasSetupTables>
