[Opensource] Anybody have success with Orion lately?

Hey All,

I've been playing with different app servers all night.  Getting a good set 
of how-to guides down.  The one that I cannot seem to get ANYWHERE for some 
reason right now is Orion.  I go to start it up and get NPE's instead. :(....

Anybody have any success stories, and if so, could you email me off list 
what you did to make things work with Expresso so I could update the docs?
