[Opensource] [Announce] Expresso 5.1 ea-2 Available

The Expresso development team is pleased to announce the availability of 
Expresso 5.1 ea-2.

-The development team spent some time working out some final issues with 
DBConnectionPool and DBConnection to support some databases that were 
considering old connections [even if used] to be stale.  Many thanks to 
Larry Hamel for his extensive walkthroughs to help iron out many of the 
minor issues that had cropped up, and Daniel Kibler and Marcus Lindberg for 
their extensive long term testing in their settings.

-Using different testing patterns, we've also managed to significantly 
increase the speed of Expresso under certain uses, especially a page where 
there are large number of links (transitions) being generated.

-A couple of usability issues have been fixed in ComponentManager.  Now if 
you install a component, Javascript automatically refreshes the TOC page, 
so the new component link automatically appears/disappears.

-Read only 'not null' fields don't get flagged as errors during the parsing 
of input phase.
