[Opensource] Expresso Configuration

Hi list...

I'm looking for a detailed description of the expresso configuration. I
tried to look at the DTD, but it didn't have comments on every parameter
(is expresso-config_4_0.dtd the correct file?). I'd like to understand all
possible configuration, specifically those about the db contexts. Also, I
didn't find any documentation about those default.* files....
