[Opensource] DBObjects and DBOtherMap in Expresso 5.0.3

Hello again,

I have seen that in Expresso 5.0.3 the way that a DBObject is linked to
a data base has changed respect Expresso 4.0.

In Expresso 4.0, the table that defined the database for a DBObject was
always the table DBOtherMap located in the default context.

In Expresso 5.0.3, that relationship is defined in the DBOtherMap table
located in the context where the user is working (which can be a context
different from the default one)

So, as I have different contexts with setup tables (a default context
and so many contexts as clients), and one common context with value
tables (phone & technologies types and so on), when I change from the
default context to a client context, I'm unable to access the tables
located in the common database because the tables are searched in the
client context DBOtherMap.

What I have tried is to copy the DBOtherMap from the default context to
each client context and it seems to work. Is this the right way of doing
it? Can someone tell me if there is something else new that I must do to
work with different contexts?
