[Opensource] LoginController's processSendPassword statedoes nothing

Found it myself again why messages there not sent.

The value of the setup item "MAILFrom" must be the EMAIL ADDRESS and NOT just a
name.

But still I do not understand why Admin user, always gets an email with the
subject "System Error" and the body something like:

Change Password Validation(user=aaaaaa, db=default):succeeded
 Job 1 Completed
 From Server:nh2330-40-23, Database/context:default (MySQL Database for Ex
itself)

I would also appreciate hearing any comment on "EmailValidateURL" setup value
