[Opensource] InputTag uses fixed columns and rows for textarea

As the subject says, InputTag uses fixed columns and rows for textarea,
specifically 40 columns and 4 rows.

I'd like to change this to use the size (Input.setDisplaySize) for columns
and lines (Input.setLines) for rows. Lines defaults to "1", so this will
create some compatibility issues with users who are using expresso's
textarea on older versions, upgrade, and have not used setLines.

Is this acceptable?

thanks,
mike
