[Opensource] LoginController's processSendPassword state does nothing

Lirian,

I just tried it in my own code base... (5.0.3ish), and it worked fine.  Any 
chance some of the setup values are off???  Also you can turn on mailDebug 
in the expresso-config.xml and that helps tell you what's going on under 
the hood pretty good.
