Hi,

Though I never tried this with Weblogic, Expresso is
supposed to work with Weblogic as well.

But be sure that you have enough time. If you have 
stringent deadlines with very short development time,
then it may be difficult. Development of first
fullfledged app. in Expresso takes hell lots of time.
Things become very simple, once you have a fair
grounding in Expresso. So the development time for
second app. (or even a module) is very short.

The following documentation link provides the setup
details for various servers, including Weblogic
(though a bit old).
