[Opensource] utf-8 in DBObject and ResourceBundle

hello all
 
I am trying to test farsi language in expresso. My DB is mysql. But as far as i realized neither ResourceBundle of java nor DBObject of expresso supports UTF-8. I will be so thankful if you tell me whether i am right and if right what can i do .
