[Opensource] Website anomalies

After the server upgrades causing some confusion as to documentation being
available, I decided to go testing the rest of the website. I found the
following items that were anomalous:

On the Expresso Documentation page, the indenting seems to be
preceded by a  (a capital A with a ^ over it).

Within the page /html/customers/developers/devfm.html (obtained by
clicking Customers then Developers), there are two links that do not work
    1. "News Cafe" gives Nested exception message:
        File '/home/jcorp/resources/COMMON/781/3/devcafe.html'
does not exist. Please be sure this resouce has been
        published.
    2. "Compensation" gives Nested exception message:
        File '/home/jcorp/resources/COMMON/740/27/compensation.html'
does not exist. Please be sure this resouce has been
        published."

I believe that the following is a known bug. The EDG chapters on the
documentation page or referenced from any of the docs online, the
navigation links appear broken. The links are correct for when it is
referenced from an installation. MIKE R., Is there any way that I could
generate a second EDG copy for use online? I guess the question is geared
more toward deterministic link naming in eContent.

FWIW,

David Lloyd
