Thanks for the heads up and detailed explaination. Looks like the security
got changed during the transition to the new server. Its corrected now. I've
also made many of the documents again accessible to everyone. For the most
part only the technical documents require logging in. I've also included
some text at the top of the jsp page that says that you need to login to see
all documents....

It is as you found out all okay to view now.
