[Opensource] DocBook in Star Office 7

Someone mentioned this recently and I was just installing SO7 on my Linux
system and thought to check out the EDG using the DocBook filter.

To open as DocBook, you use the OPEN dialog and you have to specifically
select the DocBook filter.

Opening the main edg.xml - well, SO7 refused to open that file.

Next I experimented with opening some of the chapters.  A few opened fine
and displayed as formatted text.  One of them, though, caused SO7 to
crash.

I didn't try modifying a file and looking at how the XML came out
differently.
