[Opensource] StrutsStudio, Anyone used this with Expresso?

I was sent this link  below today by a user who had read my blog on IDE plugins for frameworks, http://quadzilla.blog-city.com/

The tool, http://www.exadel.com/products_strutsstudio.htm looks very cool and I am wondering if this would work with Expresso.  From having just watched the "take a tour" on their site my guess is that it does.
