[Opensource] Problem using session variables in JSP pages

Hi
I got ur mailid from some mail posted on net regd. session variables. I am running a JSP application (using Apache Tomcat 4.0) on IE 5. I am facing problem in using session variables in a page divided into frames. If i set a session variable in one frame, i am not able to retrieve it in second frame unless i refresh the second frame by right clicking on it.
Can u please give some solution for the problem?
