I am writing about JGroup here because it's been mentioned to me quite a lot
offlist that many folks don't realize that we offer services for Expresso
including premium support services, consulting & knowledge transfer services
(offsite and onsite); and project development services.  

A major reason we offer JGroup Services is that often companies have tight
deadlines and need to speed up the learning curve to get productive asap; or
have to have the assurance of an answer within a period of time. And while
the this listserv is an invaluable place to get questions asked, sometimes
it doesn't provide the level of service that is needed. So JGroup
supplements this listserv.

Our JGroup Team is comprised of JGroup Experts and Jgroup Associates. 

JGroup Experts are comprised of individuals most active in Expresso's
development and have attained major or core contributor status. These are
Expresso's gurus and can best answer questions. 

Jgroup Associates are available for services (though not support). The have
demonstrated their skills in a number of Expresso development projects and
are often local to the customer. i.e. being deployed on the customer site in
Dallas, Texas for 3-6 months. If you are interested in joining our JGroup
