First off, check for docs getting it to work with Tomcat. [There used to be 
a pretty good one on Borland's Community Site]  That's the first need.  If 
you ever get Tomcat launching and working within JBuilder, you're most of 
the way there.

Once you're done that, you add all of Expresso's libraries to JBuilder's 
'Required Libraries' section in your project and you can go on your way 
with Expresso.
