[Opensource] DBMaint crashes the server

Hello,

I wrote some time ago about my problems with DBMaint. But no one gave me 
a remedy. There was one response but it did not solve my problem.
Sometimes  when I list or search via DBMaint my server hangs, strarts to 
consume resources, does not responds and eventually Tomcat terminates. 
There is no error message in the log files!

Any help is appreciated!
