[Opensource] Trouble installing Expresso 5.0.3 with Tomcat 4. 1.18

Tomcat LE would work because it doesn't include xerces, but does it's
Manager app work?

You may want to try the a distribution (standard or LE) of tomcat 4.1.24 -
as of 4.1.20, they've upgraded xerces. It's not the same version that
expresso uses so you'll still have to replace it if you go with the standard
dist, but maybe the manager app will work with expresso's xerces...

4.1.18

The following combination works for me without any modifications:

    - Redhat Linux 8.0
    - J2SDK 1.4.1_02
    - jarkarta-tomcat-4.1.24-LE-jdk14
    - expresso5-0-3-bin.war
