[Opensource] Trouble installing Expresso 5.0.3 with Tomcat 4.1.18

The following combination works for me without any modifications:
- Redhat Linux 8.0
- J2SDK 1.4.1_02
- jarkarta-tomcat-4.1.24-LE-jdk14
- expresso5-0-3-bin.war
