[Opensource] Extended <html:link> Tag

Hi,

I've noticed that there is an extended <html:link> tag class
(com.jcorporate.expresso.ext.struts.taglib.html.ExLinkTag), but most of it
is commented out, and the expresso-html.tld file actually specifies the
struts version.  Are there any plans to complete it?
