[Opensource] Expresso 4.1 Documentation Promotion

Just wanted to post a quick update. We had two new very worthy
documentation contributions yesterday which are now onsite under the
documentation:

	- Expresso Newbie Guide by David Lloyd
	- Extended Struts Tag Usage with Expresso by Malcolm Wise

Geeta's most recent contribution was to review some of these documents
and make helpful suggestions which have now been implemented. 

You'll find that we've been very busy updating several of the documents
onsite in preparation for the final 4.1 release. You'll find many of the
documents onsite updated. The db config files have undergone several
revisions; as have many of the getting started, installation and
technical documents. The component descriptions are being revised -
though this is a present work in progress. 

If you want to lend a hand in the documentation revisions or simply have
some suggestions - drop me a line.
