Thanks very much: the new jar works perfectly! Just one thing you may
want to note in the docs for "Installation Instructions For Expresso's
Location Example":

In "Part 2: Installing the example so Expresso will recognize the
application.", you may want to add a step 4.5 to restart Tomcat if
Expresso was already up, so that the location.jar added during the
unzipping can be seen by Expresso.
