Hey All fighting the Xerces conflict issue....

I believe I've found a solution!  I updated the lib module to include the 
latest Xalan 2.4.0 release, used the Xerces from that release, and all the 
errors 'miraculously' disappeared!!

SO!  If folks could update from the lib CVS module, and let me know if it 
fixes their errors too, I'd greatly appreciate it!  If it DOES appear solve 
the problem, I'll upload a RC2 immediately.
