Hi Mike,
Yes, we're working at providing a stable version as per an email that I
posted earlier. You will see a 4.1.1 release shortly that does the same,
as well as 4.1.2, etc as needed.

Mike N. originally had plans to update DBCreate/DBTool to be able to issue
ALTER statements, although this has some serious problems with, say,
Postgres where different databases have different capabilities. Of course,
if anybody wants to contribute, all submissions in this area welcome! :)
