[Opensource] Expresso 4.02 and Oracle frustration

You are correct.

It looks like the error you've posted is a startup error.

How about the last 2-3 stack traces in your log file?  Specifically I want 
to capture anything that happens after DBCreate is run.  Is there any error 
printed to the screen when you run DBCreate?  This is the key to figuring 
out where the problem is.
