Lirian,
I believe you've come across an artifact left over from before Shash
created the new Registration Domain stuff. So the short answer would be
probably nothing for a default domain. :) I took a quick load at the
DefaultUserInfo code just in case that it read the setup table value for if
you manually added a person but I don't see any connection.
