[Opensource] SilverStream Guide and expresso4-1-ea4-complete.jar

I've tried to follow the "Expresso Installation using SilverStream" and had
a few problems:

1. I couldn't find the "expresso4-1-ea2-complete.jar" for download and it
seems that the "expresso4-1-ea4-complete.jar" doesn't have the same
directory structure.  For example: I couldn't find the
"expresso/components/demo" and the "expressoFixes" folder. 

2. The Deployment Preparation section refers to a "classe12.zip" file "in
this document's folder". I couldn't find this file in the
"expresso4-1-ea4-complete.jar" files.

Is there any update with information about the expresso4-1-ea4-complete.jar
release and SilverStream?
