I have this simple change, of adding to /lib directory jars to the binary.war file.  Shall I checked in?

Tomcat comes with xerces.jar in its directory /common/lib/       this jar automatically is added to the CLASSPATH for all Web applications, I believe.  Certainly I have no extraneous entries as I'm testing this.

So as far as I can tell, the new xercesImpl.jar conflicts anytime espresso is hosted by tomcat 4.0.3

And I missing something?
