[Opensource] Javaone 2003 - BOF Framework Session Proposal

Hey, I think this is a really good idea. It could bring an influx of new
ideas into expresso as well as perhaps bring a few more core coders into
the loop (I know that Mike R. loves to do everything ;) ). What do you
guys think?
