Are you interested in participating as a speaker in a Birds of a Feather
Session on app frameworks at JavaOne? 

Here's some ideas for discussion purposes:

Maybe something like "Navigating the Application Framework Terrain".
Rather than speaking about Expresso per se - I was thinking of:
- defining what are application and architectural frameworks (the latter
comprising of application framework components and implementing
patterns)
- what are the benefits of these frameworks
- how reuse in frameworks benefits the ability of end-user applications
to stay current with technology changes. 
- summarizing the OSS app framework players
- briefly summarizing the areas they cover in tablual spreadsheet style
(handout)
- possibly cover Strengths/weaknesses if some outside expresso folks are
involved
- then focusing quite a bit of time on discussing general trends
happening that relate to these frameworks; where they are now; and where
they are going.... i.e. patterns, decoupling, ability to use other
persistence mechanisms, etc etc

What ideas do you have that we can discuss?
