It is working though albeit slower than usual. The server is heavily
loaded since the release with a record breaking number of downloads and
page views. It seems that this is affecting how fast a posting gets into
mailman. Should resolve itself soon. 

(we do have a new server in the works but it won't be online for a
couple of weeks yet).
