yes, this is great.  thanks for the tip, Mike, and the document, Aime.

the "wizard" referred to in the workflow doc is also called a "process funnel".  this book http://designofsites.com/ is trying to standardize and catalog such nomenclature.

BTW, the links at the top of pages like http://www.jcorporate.com/econtent/Content.do?state=resource&resource=779 

currently have bogus "file:///D:/" URLs.  needless to say, the slow behavior of http://www.jcorporate.com/econtent/Content.do?state=template&template=2&resource=636&db=default and the bogus links above constitute a less-than-stellar recommendation of the expresso/econtent system.  

it is fitting to use expresso on the site ("to eat one's own dog food"), but sometimes it is painful :-)   and someday, I hope some hero gets rid of the frames.  it is so funny that dynamic pages, which could include menus so easily, are sitting in frames.

(hmm, i hope this counts as a balanced review--there is stuff i like here :-))
