[Opensource] Statesproblem

Hi all,

I am a "newbie" to Expresso and in particular the model view controller concept. So what I am developing with expresso is a website with on the left site a "dynamic"menu and on the right the content of a particular menu item. My question is: is it possible to use 2 states to display the menu and the content without having to use frames in my website. Or do I just have to use two beans, one for the menu and one for the content?
