[Opensource] Using tokens in controllers

Hi,

      I'm trying to use tokens for avoiding duplicate submission of forms,
but when I try to invoke generateToken(request) I get an error saying that
the method
generateToken(com.jcorporate.expresso.core.controller.ControllerRequest)
doesn't exist

Do expresso controllers implement token management contained in struts
actions? or is there another way within expresso to avoid duplicate
submission fo forms?
