There is Workflow documentation. Have a look at the documentation link
(albeit slow link) - under the Components Overview section. This doc
section lists the various components and gives a fair amount of detail
on each component. Many of these documents have been revamped for the
5.0 release. If you have any suggested edits to these pages please let
us know.
