[Opensource] problem/bug with transition

Hi all,
I am using expresso 4.1 (updated today from CVS).
I am migrating an app from 4.02 to 4.1.

the problem is that i have a controller with 2 states
and one of them is transitioning to the other internally
in the controller, i mean, i obtain a transition
and i call t.transition(request, response).

the problem is that when the called state is
executed i get a param,
request.getParameter("BLA_BLA")
and it returns null, i think it is
missing the request in the Transition class.

is this a bug?, how can i solve it?.
